Each jar contains 4 shower disks. Made with purified water, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch and Eucalyptus Globulus essential oil. These disks work best in a small and enclosed shower stall with ventilation fans not in use.
Eucalyptus Globulus promotes health, well-being, purification and healing. It is often used for respiratory/sinus infections, as a decongestant, and for soothing sore muscles. *
